Wednesday, August 2nd ~ Hike in Mono Cliffs Provincial Park followed by Lunch at the Mono Cliffs Inn:

We will try this again.... last July we had weather issues and had to cancel this hike but still enjoyed a lovely and delicious lunch at this idyllic and quaint country inn, established in 1853. This time we have a rain date -Thursday, August 3rd. We will be hoping Mother Nature cooperates this year so we can enjoy a great hike before lunch.

The cost for this 3-course lunch is $62 (all-inclusive) which is $12 more than last year's price. Sign-ups continue at the July meeting. Please indicate if you would like to join the hike but not the lunch at the Mono Cliffs Inn.

There may be enough participants to enjoy a picnic lunch instead, especially since the Inn's prices are much higher this year. Those who wish to enjoy lunch in the Inn should make menu selections when submitting your cheque. Contact: Marlene Dewey
