Join us for a 1 to 11/2 hour tour at the Canadian Air and Space Conservancy (Edenvale Aerodrome) on Wednesday, July 17 at 2:00 p.m.
Our tour will take us through the history of the Edenvale Aerodrome, we walk out to the grass field and discuss the three planes on display and proceed to the 8,000 sq. foot hangar where the Avro Arrow Replica is kept. Inside the Museum there are many other artifacts that support the story of the Avro arrow. The guides chat for about 15 minutes and then leave our members to walk around, have more conversations, take pictures or shop at our Gift Shop.
There is complimentary coffee and tea at the lounge. Members can bring a lunch and enjoy the air conditioned inside seating or the patio on the deck. Their restaurant is no longer open.
Registration opens June 21 and closes July 10.
The cost of this event is $22.00.
