Recently PROBUS members enjoyed the food, music and atmosphere so much that, due to popular demand, we are offering a second opportunity to enjoy a delicious five course Thai food meal at Thonburi Thai on Tuesday, June 4 starting at 5:30 p.m.  Spend an hour eating and chatting with friends followed by listening to guitar playing and singing by the musical Webster family.  

Food is served family style in groups of 4 people.  The 5 course preset Thai dinner includes: 

1. Spring roll appetizer and Mango or papaya salad

2. Soup (e.g. coconut milk vegetable) 

3. Stir fried dishes (Pad Thai, Chicken Cashew) 

4. Curry dish (e.g. Beef Penang)

5. Thai Dessert (e.g. Sticky rice cooked in coconut milk with fruit and coconut pieces). 

VEGETARIANS: Please identify by emailing Janice Martin prior to the event in order for the restaurant to provide vegetarian food.  

Cost is $31 which includes food, tax and gratuity.  There is a corkage fee of $10 if you bring your own bottle of wine.  Otherwise all drinks are separate and paid individually. 

Please note that the guitar playing and singing is loud for a relatively small venue.  Approximately 6:30 p.m. is when the entertainment begins. Requests are welcome. 

There will be room for 28 to 32 members at this event.
