Bring out your inner foodie by attending this Thai cooking class presented by Chef Christina Sheardown at a member's residence. Christina has been cooking for 25 years and has been a Red Seal Chef since 2009. Christina has worked everywhere from small pubs to fine dining restaurants to banquet halls. She believes in the importance of seasonal, local cuisine and aspires to delight any palate that walks in the door. Christina has now opened the doors of her very first restaurant in downtown Meaford.
In this class, Chef Sheardown will provide cooking instructions on how to make two Thai dishes (Yellow Curry Coconut Soup and Thai Peanut Chicken). Participants will be provided the recipes. After the food is prepared, you will enjoy a meal of what has been prepared. There is a minimum of 8 and a max of 13 for this cooking class.
The cost of the class is $63.00 per member and is to be held on Wednesday, March 27th from 5 pm to 8:30 pm. Online registration and payment will open on February 20th to March 20th. If the event is full, please JOIN WAITLIST.
