Perhaps it's time to upgrade your CPR and first aid skills! Elijah  McCaffrey, a retired Blue Mountains Fire Fighter (owner of a company called HELP), will give us a 4-hour CPR/First Aid course. This course covers wound care, heart attack, stroke and choking, with a primary focus on CPR. This is not a certification course.  Elijah will provide each person with his/her own equipment.  Arrive at 9:50 a.m. for registration. Course starts at 10 a.m. Bring your own drink and snack.
