Registration opens on August 11. Please respond to the invitation email to register.

You will need to click the NEXT button several times and hit CONFIRM. Once online payment is made, you will receive a CONFIRMATION email within a minute or two. If you don't receive this email, it means your registration is not complete and your spot is not confirmed.

This is a potluck event. When we know our numbers, we will contact you to suggest what to bring.

This is a wonderful opportunity to socialize, swim, hike the dunes or just lounge in the sun. Bring your own drinks, glasses (plastic), plates, napkins, utensils and chairs.

We will be charging $5 a person to cover the general expenses including the cost of renting a porta-potty.

Payment: We have moved to a new online payment system. All payments must be made online. We can no longer accept checks or e-transfers. Help is available.

No Refund Policy: As with previous events, we no longer give refunds.
